For the Carols featured on the American Classics album, we treat you to a pictorial tour of East Jerusalem, Via Dolorosa and other Christian Holy Sites. See where Pontius Pilate washed his hands, the pools where Jesus performed his miracles, the spot marking where the crown of thorns was placed on his head as well as Jacob's Well and other cultural sites and slices of modern life in the Christian Quarter of the Old City and beyond not generally seen in the standard tour packages.

For the British Classics, we've included a pictorial tour of Southern England, its countryside and some of the estates. The paperback versions are designed to be used for caroling which is why we created these versions in addition to the digital versions. Each carol features its full lyrics, country of origin and other tidbits of information. When available we've given you the original language version of the carol as well. In the table of contents you'll find the track number if you choose to sing along with the albums. If you purchase one or both albums, you receive a free PDF version of the Caroling Songbook in Classic Black and White which you can download and print on a laser or inkjet printer. Lyrics to the following carols included: Adeste Fideles, Angels From The Realms of Glory, As with Gladness Men of Old, Away in a Manger, Boars Head Carol, Brightest and the Best of the Sons of the Morning (The), Bring a Torch, Jeanette, Isabella, Coventry Carol, Deck the Halls, First Noel (The), Gaudete, Gloria in Excelsis Deo, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, Good Chrisitian Men Rejoice, Good King Wenceslas, Greensleeves, Hark! Reviews

"WHY DIDN'T SOMEONE DO THIS BEFORE?"

"Storybook Advent Calendar makes me think "Why didn't someone do this before?" It's uplifting, educational, and celebratory for adults and children. I especially like the entry for December 7, which explains the similarities and differences of Christianity, Judaism and Islam in a simple, profound and beautiful way."

-- Tina B. Tessina, Ph.D, psychotherapist and author of 'Money, Sex and Kids: Stop Fighting about the Three Things That Can Ruin Your Marriage (Adams Media 2008)

"I just love the concept and the execution. My grand daughter loved the stories and I can't stop listening to the carols. You deserve every success."

-- Cliff Lague, Spain

"I am awestruck with the book's warmth, its caring and loving sentiment, and totally enamored with the artwork!"
